The hotel offered good value for money with decent breakfast and restaurant options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing enough space for a productive work trip. the staff was super friendly and nice throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring a pleasant experience.

The internet service was extremely disappointing. Despite complaining about it, I was only able to connect to the wifi for a short period of time.

Located 400 feet from the hotel, Restaurant Baalabak was a good choice to eat. Great place for your vacations in Tunis. Close to the airport, 3 miles.

The staff at Grand went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the exceptional service at the front desk to the polite and courteous security guards, everyone treated us with respect and kindness. The room, especially the junior suite with a balcony, was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed delicious room service and drinks at the bar in the evening. The hotel even provided us with a fantastic taxi person who acted as our tour guide. it was a wonderful experience with great staff and excellent service. We highly recommend this place!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Seems like no mattress was provided, I had the bed wires on my back all night!

please kindly be informed that as soon we arrived to Vime Tunis hotel ,our booking in this hotel via booking .com was for 3 rooms including breakfast actually we find booking for 2 rooms not including breakfast than they provide us with the other room after showing the booking confirmation again in the morning as soon we come for breakfast they informed us that the deal they have with booking .com only for room rent not including breakfast, after that we solf the problem with the reservation manager after log desiccation witch is not fair , next time i will not use or recommend this hotel to any bady.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel offered great facilities, including a pool and good Wi-Fi. The location was perfect as it was very close to the airport and only a short drive away from the city center. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of dishes, and the parking and transportation services were very convenient.

the rooms are very big

the service at breakfast was very poor. There was no coffee available, you have to ask the server for it ans takes quite a long time. The firs day I had to ask it twice.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium because it offers a multifunctional conference room that can accommodate up to 1500 people. The conference facilities were exceptional and made the event a success.

The only downside was the lack of a business center, which I needed for some urgent work tasks. It would have been convenient to have access to printing and other office facilities within the hotel.

THe swimming pool is open and not heated so it's impossible to swim in the winter There is no Gym room

1- when I checked in they told me I have no booking 2-the bids un comfortable for 5 stars hotel.3- the staff cooperate with Taxi driver for extra money(trip from hotel to airport it cost 6 td I Paid 45 td plus 5 td because he have no change
